Merger Between biomess Ingenieurbüro GmbH and the GBA Gesellschaft für Bioanalytik mbH
Hamburg/Mönchengladbach, September 5th, 2019. Last year, biomess Ingenieurbüro GmbH, located in Mönchengladbach already became part of the GBA Group. Now, biomess Ingenieurbüro GmbH has merged with GBA Gesellschaft für Bioanalytik mbH (GBA). more

The location in Mönchengladbach will remain a center of excellence for asbestos analysis and interior contaminants, retaining the following address and contact information:

GBA Gesellschaft für Bioanalytik mbH
Schelsenweg 24a
41238 Mönchengladbach
Telephone: +49 (2166) 123 928 - 0
Telefax: +49 (2166) 123 928 - 15
E-Mail: moenchengladbach(at)gba-group.de

The merger is based on the GBA Group’s very strong development on the market for asbestos analysis as well as the very close cooperation between the GBA locations that are involved. From now on, the ability to directly access a shared IT environment and to work together with a single quality management system will create even better conditions for further expanding our asbestos analysis, for example at our location in Berlin.

As a result of the merger, Dr. Dominik Obeloer, previously the CEO of biomess Ingenieurbüro GmbH, is now joining the management board of the GBA Gesellschaft für Bioanalytik mbH.
